Postage & Policies
Pop Rock Park ships to all Australian addresses.
At present, we do not accept international orders but look to include this in our bag of tricks soon. In the meantime, if you don’t reside in Australia and are desperate for some of our pretties (I don’t blame you!?) – please email (email@example.com) and I’ll see what I can do.
All orders are sent via Australia Post’s standard domestic parcel service. All orders will be shipped the day following receipt of order, providing the order has been received by midnight central standard time (I’m a night owl, and I love to pack a parcel!)
Notification will be provided when goods have been shipped, including the tracking number that can be used to check in on the status of your delivery on the Australia Post website, www.auspost.com.au – track an item.
All orders are shipped from Adelaide and delivery times to be expected are as follows (business days)
Adelaide CBD and Metropolitan Destinations 2 days
South Australian Country Areas 4 days
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin 3-6 days
Non metropolitan areas within Australia 5-6 days
All shipping via standard domestic parcel service is FREE of charge.
Need your Pop Rock Park fix urgently? – Australia Post Express Post option can be purchased on any order for $5. Simply add this ‘product’ to your shopping cart and it will be sent express.

Pop Rock Parks uses PayPal to process all payments. You do not need a PayPal account to arrange payment through PayPal. For all security information please head to the PayPal website.
Your privacy is incredibly important and information is only collected by Pop Rock Park to ensure the successful fulfillment and shipment of your order. No financial details are received, recorded or retained by Pop Rock Park.
The only time your details will be provided to a third party is to facilitate the successful delivery of your order. (for example, Australia Post)
You will only be added to our email mailing list if you opt in to do so via our newsletter sign up. Once signed up you can unsubscribe at any time.
Given the nature of the product we sell, no returns or refunds can be entertained should you change your mind or make the incorrect choice.
Every effort is made to ensure that the goodies shipped to you are in pristine condition. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or faulty product please contact me at the earliest convenience via email (email@example.com) with photos showing the damage/fault.
